Stating that innovation in services, attention to customer needs and raising the name of the bank has been the focus of the bank’s branches, the director of Tehran branches of Bank Shahr said: “Bank Shahr capital branches are in the best service conditions”.
According to Bank Shahr Communication and Public Relations Center, Saeed Asgari by emphasizing that paying attention to the wishes and needs of Bank Shahr customers and all citizens has always been at the forefront of the bank’s branches, added: “We believe that clients are the most important assets of banks and due to the same fact, the way of serving them should be improved every day”.
“Fortunately, over the past 2 years, Bank Shahr has tried to increase customer satisfaction by providing the latest services in branches, especially in the field of electronic banking, and to make it more popular in the country’s banking network,” he continued.
Askari, referring to the brilliant performance of some branches of the capital of Bank Shahr in all areas of banking, clarified: “Paying the facilities in the form of various plans, including "Acceptors", "Shahriar", "Professors", "Glory of the city", "Health", are the samples of the bank’s concern about all people, especially the vulnerable.”
The director of Tehran Bank Shahr branches said: “Receiving the debts, attracting the cheap resources, improving the effective rate of facilities, reducing costs, etc. have been among the main factors of profitability of the capital branches of this bank”.
