According to the Communication and Public Relations Center of Bank Shahr, in the sixth annual festival “My Favorite Bank”, which was held with the aim of improving the quality of banking services and improving people’s communication with banks and financial institutions with the slogan of Superior Organizational Image, Bank Shahr, as in previous years, was among the 5 most popular banks in the country.
In this festival, about 140,000 citizens and customers of the banking network expressed their opinion about the most popular bank in the country, and Bank Shahr was introduced as one of the 5 most popular banks.
The “My Favorite Bank” festival is held every year to select the most popular bank in Iran, and its purpose is to help improve the service of banks by providing accurate analysis of the customers’ opinions of the banking network and creating a healthy competitive environment among them. The sixth course of the festival was held ranking 31 banks of the country in terms of popularity with the definition of the variable of organizational image and customer rating to their main bank.
Creating an opportunity for bank customers to comment on services with a high statistical community, direct communication between senior bank managers and customers, increasing customer satisfaction by informing the country’s banking managers of people’s opinions, creating more opportunities for customers to be considered more seriously in decision-making processes of the banking system, providing a healthy competitive environment among the country’s banks, etc., were the most important goals of holding the sixth annual festival “My Favorite Bank”.
