      Deputy Director of City Bank, , Seyyed Morteza Salehi, pointing to the Bank's special attention to the book's culture said that the use of new technologies has led to decrease in the number of Kiosks and ATMs located at the exhibition, despite increased activities and transactions.
      According to the Center for Communication and Public Relations, “ the main goal of the City Bank in the international book fair of Tehran realization of Social Responsibility and Attention to the Book and Reading Culture" Seyyed Morteza Salehi said and added that during the past years, the City Bank has been present at international exhibitions annually with more innovations than the last year.
      Citing to the Bank`s agency at the first year was the issuance of a physical card and the second year which was the deployment of NFC mobile technology, Salehi said that this year, Bank`s agency is the use of the Identity Card as Bonus card is for the first time in the country which is implemented.
      Salehi emphasized that the City Bank provides new services for visitors every year at the International Book Fair and Said that the City Bank's presence in Tehran and other provinces is not aimed at economic profit but to pursue the cultural goals.
      “About 150,000 people were registered for bonus card, 50,000 of them requested for use of NFC technology and Identity cards, which would be cost reduction for the applicant and bank branches.” Salehi said.
      He referred to active participation of bank accountants at the Bank`s counter across the International Book Fair said: "This year, We performed the “Bank partners” plan as a pilot in the 31st International Book Fair
      Tehran. In this plan, our bank partners are negotiating with customers and explaining their banking services and encouraging them to open an account.”
      “ 57% of all accounts opened in the International Book Fair was due to the efforts of the Bank Partners” He said and added that Within 5 days of exhibition , 150 people have opened a bank account, of which 85 account numbers are only through the introduction of Bank Partners.
      Referring to the mental service to visitors and publishers at the 31st International Book Fair of Tehran, Salehi Said “3 machines of the City Net, 2 of which are equipped with the bank itself, and wireless ATM in different halls serve citizens.”
      “3,500 payment terminals had predicted for publishers' stands at the 31st International Book Fair Tehran. We have 3,200 payment terminals for publishers. 90 terminals for the back rooms of the exhibition have been activated and there is a capacity to increase it.”
      Salehi, referring to the activity of the “Flight Processors of the City” at the Tehran International Book Fair, said: "This is a travel agency which has recruited exhibition visitors. From 2000 people who visited from this travel agency, 10% has bought tickets.
